1. Nature of Service
All payments made on Autohub are for digital advertising services. Once a listing or promotional package is approved and published, the service is considered fully delivered.
2. No Refund After Activation
All listing fees, featured ads, and promotional upgrades are strictly non-refundable once the listing has been published on the platform.
3. Limited Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment for the same service
- Proven technical malfunction caused directly by Autohub
- Listing rejected by Autohub before publication
No other circumstances qualify for a refund.
4. No Performance Guarantee
Autohub does not guarantee sales, inquiries, visibility levels, or transaction success. Refunds will not be issued due to:
- Lack of buyer interest
- Low engagement
- Change of mind
- Item sold outside the platform
5. Waiver of Withdrawal Right (EU Law Compliance)
